What do you consider your strengths?
I have always enjoyed taking an evidence-based and fast-paced approach to delivering a tangible impact on scientific research. In addition, exploring the unknown in life sciences while accelerating the novel treatment for patients is rewarding work. Continuously practicing problem-solving and connecting to the forefront of life sciences was the motivation for me to leave academia and start a career in consulting.
Why did you join Deallus?
I learned about Deallus when I attended the Researchers Employer networking at UCL. I was very impressed with the flat management structure and was keen to be a part of the open and dynamic discussions and coaching across the team at Deallus. Further, Deallus’ commitment to advance the healthcare industry is a mission I support and want to be a part of. Lastly, working with bright and enthusiastic talents from multiple science disciplines will also be a great asset in my early career.
Life outside of work
I love specialty coffee brewing and tasting. I ran a coffee club at the postgraduate college when I lived in London. It is a daily ritual to kick start a day by making my own brew. I love visiting independent coffee roasters and talking to the coffee professionals about their work and experience when I travel to other countries. Outside work, I am also an Ashtanga yoga person, keen to the muscular training and meditation. Cooking is another hobby of mine and my favorite cuisine is Japanese food!
