Anna is an experienced wargame facilitator and has executed numerous competitive simulation exercises, supporting products in early clinical development all the way through LoE. As a competitive intelligence consultant, she has personally covered 60+ medical congresses, and she leverages this experience to devise optimal tactics for her project teams.
What do you consider your strengths?
Tying the threads between scientific and technical aspects of drug development and commercialization to business insights and impact. Those connections are really satisfying to make, I know our clients value them immensely. The other side is the people aspect – I’m motivated by working closely with my internal teams as well as clients, getting the opportunity to be a thought partner with them. I love to solve problems – when you come away from a project knowing that you either helped provide clarity on a critical decision, or you helped get to the bottom of something that was problematic for your clients – that satisfaction drives me. I love the way we interface with our clients at Deallus, and how the type of projects and the support that we provide have this immediate, tangible value. In some projects we see that more directly than in others, but I always feel as though the work I am doing is intellectually stimulating and satisfying, and I think that the outputs show directly how this is going to impact the work that’s being carried out on a much broader level. I find a lot of value in being a part of that process.

Life outside of work
I have two small children that keep me very busy – they are so much fun, and I spend most of my time watching them grow up and keeping them out of trouble. I also love being outdoors, doing yoga, spending time at the beach, and travelling.
