What do you consider your strengths?
My biggest strengths are that I don’t shy away for challenges, and I not only like to gain experience in as many kinds of projects as possible, but I also enjoy the process of doing different projects at one time. My strong academic background in life sciences puts me at ease when grasping new and complex scientific information and allows me to think about the ‘so what’ for the client in a much more seamless manner.
My motivation to do what I do comes from different places at different times; I get highly motivated if I see my work being implemented in a project at client side or is adding value to the bigger picture of how the client is thinking of addressing a problem they are facing.
Another source of motivation is also the people I work with, a smarter and/ or experienced individual on a team motivates me to put my best foot forward while working on a task. Appreciation and acknowledgment for my work by the leadership motivates me to keep doing what I am doing and even drives me toward achieving excellence, and my final source of motivation is my family who are always happy and encouraging towards my professional growth.
Life outside of work
I have a 17-month-old boy, who I love spending most if not all my free time with. I love playing with him, taking care of him, and seeing him trying to communicate with me in his baby language which is a lot of fun to comprehend.
