What do you consider your strengths?
Organization, communication, and collaboration.
As a highly organized and detail-oriented person, I place great value in maintaining a structured and efficient environment, both in my personal and professional life. In addition to TA expertise, I strongly believe that paying attention to the smallest details can make a big impact on the overall success of a project or task.
Additionally, effective communication is a cornerstone value for me. Clear, concise, and open communication is key to building and maintaining strong relationships, fostering mutual understanding, and achieving success in the workplace. I am valued for my ability to communicate effectively and convey complex information in a way that is easily digestible for, both, my team and clients.
I have also always believed that teamwork and collaboration are the backbone of any successful endeavor. The ability to bring together a diverse group of individuals and harness their unique talents and perspectives is a powerful tool for achieving excellence. I am dedicated to creating a positive and productive work environment where everyone’s contributions are valued and, importantly, respected.
What do you like about Deallus?
I believe Deallus is truly a great place to learn and gain significant exposure to a lot of projects and therapeutic areas. The flat hierarchy of Deallus also really helps if you are interested in wearing many hats at the company and learning a variety of skills. I have personally been involved in numerous interesting projects which have allowed me to explore my strengths and curiosity and become a TA expert in a disease landscape that I enjoy contributing to.
I also like working with the people here at Deallus who are very smart and driven. I have been able to learn from the diverse backgrounds and experiences of my colleagues, which in turn has helped me approach challenges and problem-solving in new and innovative ways.
Life outside of work
When I’m not working, I’m usually talking about how much I love music/singing and giving people song recommendations that I think they would enjoy. I am very passionate about how artists express themselves in music and how songs can resonate in a way that energizes people to reflect and drive positive change.
I also love to draw, exercise, and play video games!
